Q: What do I need to do in order to become a
Staffer?
A: We will provide you with all the paper work to fill out, and ask you
call to schedule an appointment to answer a few questions so that we can
understand exactly what you are looking for in terms of temporary or
permanent work.
Q: Do I need to bring any official
documentation to the interview appointment?
A: Yes, we ask that applicants fill out an
I-9, bring the appropriate
identification
and applicable supporting documents, such as Radiology or Hygiene
Licenses, E.F.D.A. Certificates, etc...
Q: Is the interview mandatory?
A: Yes, unless you have previously worked with DDS, we need to be able to
meet with you to explain our procedures as well as to understand what you
are looking for in terms of temporary or permanent work. We like to get to
know all of our people.
Q: I am only looking for a permanent position, do I
still need to do an interview?
A: Yes, we still need to get to know you and ask a few questions about
what type of position you are looking for. You will also need to
complete our application and provide the necessary documentation.
